Copyright Notice
Copyright Notice & Licensing Terms
Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must read, understand, and agree to the following copyright terms as an integral part of the online submission process:
1. Copyright Ownership
Retention of Rights: Authors retain the copyright of their published work, granting the journal a first-publication right with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) or equivalent open-access license. This permits others to share, use, and build upon the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Transfer of Exploitation Rights: While authors retain ultimate ownership of their intellectual property, they grant the publisher the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and communicate the article in both print and electronic formats worldwide.
2. Author Warranties & Responsibilities
By submitting and subsequently publishing with the journal, the author(s) warrant and agree that:
Originality: The manuscript is an original work, has not been previously published elsewhere, and is not currently under consideration for publication by any other journal.
Plagiarism-Free: The work contains no plagiarized material, and all data, text, figures, and ideas borrowed from other sources are properly cited and referenced.
Third-Party Permissions: The authors have secured written permission for the use of any copyrighted material (such as extensive text quotes, figures, or tables) that is not their own.
Indemnification: The authors agree to hold the journal, its editors, and the publisher harmless against any claims, expenses, or legal liabilities arising from a breach of the above warranties.
3. Posting and Archiving Rights
Preprint & Post-Print: Authors are permitted to post their pre-print manuscripts on personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers prior to acceptance. Upon publication, authors are encouraged to post the final PDF version of their published article (publisher's version) online to enhance visibility and citation impact, provided proper acknowledgment is given to the journal as the original venue of publication.
Submission Agreement Check:
By checking the agreement box during the online submission process, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have read and agreed to these copyright terms and author warranties.
