APLIKASI PERANGKINGAN KARYAWAN PT JASA MARGA TBK SECARA REALTIME BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA WEIGHTED PRODUCT (WP)

Abstract
Pada masa era global yang sangat serba cepat ini, perkembangan teknologi dibidang infomasi mendorong perusahaan harus dapat mengelola serta memanfaatkan data setiap kegiatannya agar dapat bertumbuh selaras dengan kondisi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam perusahaan tersebut. Di lingkungan PT Jasa Marga Tbk, setiap karyawan diberikan fasilitas kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran. Dalam aplikasi tersebut terdapat pencatatan seluruh aktivitas pembelajaran masing-masing karyawan ke dalam basis data. Dari banyaknya data karyawan yang mengikuti pembelajaran perlu dilakukan pengolahan dan visualisasi data secara realtime sehingga dapat menghasilkan perangkingan karyawan serta dapat merekomendasikan posisi direktorat karyawan berdasarkan aktivitas pembelajaran yang diikuti. Aplikasi pada penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Weighted Product (WP) untuk perankingan karyawan berdasarkan aktivitas pembelajaran karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan rangking karyawan sesuai jabatan yang akan diisi posisinya dimana perangkingan tersebut berberdasarkan data aktivitas pembelajaran yang diperoleh dari aplikasi pembelajaran PT Jasa Marga Tbk
