Abstract
Sistem Automasi perhitungan uang lembur merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menghitung besarnya uang lembur yang harus diberikan kepada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem automasi perhitungan uang lembur yang efektif dan efisien dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu kepada pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode forward chaining. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem automasi perhitungan uang lembur yang mampu melakukan perhitungan dengan akurat dan cepat. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi besarnya uang lembur yang harus diberikan berdasarkan parameter yang telah diatur sebelumnya, seperti jam kerja, jenis pekerjaan, dan tarif lembur. Dengan adanya sistem automasi perhitungan uang lembur, diharapkan perusahaan dapat memperoleh manfaat dalam hal efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam menghitung uang lembur karyawan serta meminimalisir kesalahan dalam perhitungan.
